About Me

Hi, my name is Christie Cobb and I am an Ohio-based artist.  I love the challenge of  trying to tame the chaotic nature of fluid mediums and work mainly with fluid acrylics, alcohol inks, and resin.  

I have been a creator all my life, from music and creative writing, to wearable and functional pieces.  I love the process of creating and find joy in making beautiful pieces for others
to enjoy. 

My art journey is a quest - to discover new things about myself, to harness the wild nature of these fluid mediums, and to balance the subtle and the dramatic to create harmonious pieces that elicit a sense of calm, curiosity, and wonder.
